Substitutions

• Botanicamuse uses seasonality and color palette as our guide in designing the one-of-a-kind flowers for your recipient.

• Floral - Botanicamuse is committed to delivering your flower arrangements in a timely fashion so the recipient may enjoy their fresh and beautiful flowers as soon as possible. Vase type may vary.

• Flower selection is dependent upon seasonality and regional availability. Sometimes it is necessary to make substitutions. Botanicamuse will always make substitutions of equal or greater value.

  Delivery

• Same Day Delivery available for orders placed before 11:00am.

• Delivery Times - Please leave a comment in the notes if you have a specific timing request (if the recipient address is a business, etc.)

• Recipient Communication - Botanicamuse may contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept the delivery.

• Customer Requests to Leave Item at Doorstep - The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

• If No One is Home - Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the arrangement in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. We will leave a message with recipient to let them know a delivery is waiting for them.
